Accuracy requirements during installation
a. The guide surface of the two sliding plates, the level is detected as 0.04/1000.
b. The axial movement of the main shaft is less than or equal to 0.02, and the radial runout is less than or equal to 0.02 (detected by a dial indicator).
c. The guide rail of the trolley is 0.04/1000 detected with a full-length ruler and a spirit level, and the gauge is 880, and the error in the same direction is not greater than
0.10/1000.

① Manual adjustment
a. It is necessary to check whether all the electrical and its connecting wires are correct, and only after confirming the correctness can the handle of the automatic air switch be sent to the "closed" position.
b. To determine the position of the upper and lower travel switches, the user should determine the positions of the upper and lower travel switches according to the height of the stone, so that the lifting bumper presses the travel switch when lifting to realize the lifting motion control.
c. To determine the position of the left or right travel switch, the user should determine the position of the left or right travel switch according to the length of the stone, so that the left or right touch block presses the left or right travel switch when the trolley moves left or right, and then Press the right or left row button to adjust the amount of time for the right or left row to reciprocate left and right.
d. Adjust the knife drop amount. The user manually adjusts the pointer of the time relay to the required position (time amount) according to the hardness of the stone plate to be cut. The reference value: 1s knife drop amount, 4.55mm;
e. To adjust the amount of slices, the user manually adjusts the pointer of the time relay to the required position (time amount) according to the required thickness of the stone plate.
②Automatic adjustment is first adjusted according to the manual adjustment steps, then press the manual button to make the trolley move to the left or right end and press the travel switch on the left or right end, and then start the main engine. The car can work back and forth automatically.
③ Precautions If the trolley is away from the left or right travel switch and the power is suddenly cut off when sawing stones, the handle of the air switch must be turned to the "point" position. Press the "Up" button to raise the cutter head by one lift amount, and then press the "Left" or "Right" button to make the trolley move to the left or right end. After the main engine is started, press the automatic button, the machine can automatically continue to run the stone cutting.
