f. Check whether the screws of the cutter head and each fastening part are loose.
g. Check whether the upper and lower travel switches of the slide plate can be controlled automatically.
h. The feeding speed and cutting depth should be reasonably selected according to the hardness of the material.
i. Check the height of the circular saw blade, the distance between the low edge and the high point of the block should be 10~20mm.
j. Check whether the various data of sheet cutting are set according to the requirements.

c. The cooling water must be sufficient when cutting, and no water or less water cutting is strictly prohibited.
d. It is strictly forbidden to move the blocks in the middle of cutting, otherwise the plate will be out of tolerance or the machine will fail.
e. If the knife is found to be clamped during cutting, the main reasons are the belt slippage, the depth of the knife is too large, the feeding speed is too fast, etc., which must be handled correctly.
f. Left and right movement length=block length+2×200mm.
g. After the block is processed, two points of each piece must be clamped with a wooden mold before being lifted off the trolley.
h. If there is any abnormal situation during the cutting process, you should press the "emergency stop" button to analyze the reason and remove the abnormal situation before continuing processing.

(6) Lubrication and maintenance
This machine should be maintained and maintained in strict accordance with the following procedures, only in this way can the equipment's potential be fully utilized and the efficiency will be continuously improved.
①Before use, you should read this manual thoroughly and master the installation, operation and use of the machine.
② The main shaft box, lift reducer and trolley reducer of the machine are filled with 30# oil, and the oil volume should be 2/3 of the full box. After one month of first use, all should be replaced once; in the future, pay attention to frequently check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each oil tank.
The sliding surface of the sliding plate, the lifting screw, the slicing screw and other parts are all coated with 30# oil, which should be kept clean frequently, and every 8 hours during use.
④The lifting nut and the split nut are the key wearing parts and must be replaced every six months.
⑤ Before using the machine, make a test run of the empty machine and check that all parts are reliable before using it normally.
⑥ Regularly check whether the screw connection is loose, whether the V-belt and chain are properly tight, and whether the motor is well grounded.
⑦ When replacing the circular saw blade, the end face of the saw blade should be checked, and the maximum shall not exceed 0.5mm.
⑧ Before cutting, check whether the granite blocks on the trolley are placed smoothly.
④After each shift, the granite powder on the trolley must be removed, rinsed with water and wiped clean. The working parts with relative motion should be lubricated with oil.
